The UFO (youth volunteering) programme was established in August, 2013 and provides unique community farm opportunities for those 13-18 years of age. Young people come to develop skills in animal care and welfare, maintenance, craft-work, advanced horticultural and related topics, such as harvesting plants for animal health, making herbal remedies, and cooking. Basically, any activity that is mutually beneficial to the farm and the volunteer, as well as being fun!

Sessions run Sundays during Farm opening hours. The UFO programme is currently funded by Reaching Communities - The Big Lottery Fund and Jack Petchey Foundation. If this sounds good to you and you'd like to join, please sign-up below!
