Saiga Antelope
The saiga antelope is found in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ubekistan, Mongolia, and Terkmenistan. Due to poaching for their horm, they are now one of the most critically endangered species. In 2007, Farmyard Manager, Helen Galland
took part in an cultural exchange project to support Saiga conservation. Read more about the exchange here. The Saiga Conservation Alliance (SCA) are committed to saving the saiga from imminent extinction but they need your help! Sponsoring one of these unique animals will support the work of the SCA and ensure that their vital conservation work continues.
Odnorozhek the Saiga
Odnorozhek (Russian word meaning "one-horned") is a male saiga antelope at the Centre for Wild Animals of Kalmykia (CWA), home to one of the only successful saiga breeding centres in the world!
