Weed of the Week: Plantain

🌿 This week's Weed of the Week is Plantain, or Plantago lanceolata 🌿

Crush the leaves and rub the juice on insect bites or wounds. Pick young tender leaves and sautee for a mineral rich side veg, or infuse in hot water for a tummy soothing tea or cough remedy. The flower buds also taste like mushroom! What a weed!
