Postponed: The Oxford & Cambridge Goat Race

The Goat Must Go On…but er in a bit.

Over the past few weeks we have been closely following the advice of the government to help protect people from COVID-19. For us, the safety and well being of our team and community is of the utmost importance.

As a result we have decided to postpone The Oxford & Cambridge Goat Race on 29th March to later in the year. Ticket holders are eligible for a refund but, if you are able to, please consider donating the cost of the ticket to help the farm survive.

Like many others who have been affected by this unprecedented event, the loss of this income is really critical for us. We would be extraordinarily grateful for any support you are able to give at this challenging time.

From Thursday 19th March until Sunday 29th March we will be able to issue refunds so if required please do get in touch directly: thegoatraceteam@gmail.com

The Goat Race has become a staple fixture in the world of goat-themed nonsense mini festivals and an incredible charitable fundraiser for Spitalfields City Farm. This is a huge loss for the Spitalfields resident animals that rely on fundraisers such as these to keep them fed and cared for.

Anyone who donates will be sent a link to an exclusive video message of appreciation from Hamish & Hugo and given priority booking for the next Goat Race event.

A huge thank you to our sponsors, fans, the local businesses and community for their continued support.
